We do not offer refunds or returns for shipping delays, as delivery times may vary due to carrier issues or high demand.

 



Incorrect Fitment
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is compatible with their bike before purchasing. Items that do not fit are not eligible for a refund.

 



Misuse or Improper Installation
We do not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or modifications to the product.

 



Wear and Tear

Products that show signs of normal use, wear, or aging are not eligible for a refund or return.



Eligible for Refund or Replacement

We will offer a refund or replacement if the product arrives damaged or broken, or if the wrong item was sent.



Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide clear photo or video proof of the issue. The item must remain unused except for inspection.

 



Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, we will either send a replacement product or issue a refund to your original payment method.
